Do You Think You Might Have ADHD?

Many people go undiagnosed for years. ADHD presents differently in everyone — here are some of the most common signs across all ages. If several of these resonate, an evaluation could be life-changing.

🌀
Difficulty Sustaining Attention
Trouble staying focused on tasks — especially repetitive or low-interest ones — even when you genuinely want to concentrate.
Time Blindness
Losing track of time, missing deadlines, or feeling like time moves differently than it does for others around you.
📋
Disorganization & Forgetfulness
Difficulty organizing tasks, forgetting appointments, misplacing items — not from laziness, but from executive function differences.
💬
Emotional Dysregulation
Intense emotional reactions, rejection sensitivity (RSD), or feeling emotions more strongly than situations seem to call for.
🔋
Restlessness & Impulsivity
A constant urge to move, fidget, talk, or act without thinking — or an inner restlessness even when sitting still.
Hyperfocus
Getting completely absorbed in something you love — tuning out everything else — while struggling to shift attention to other things.

QuinnEssential uses FDA-cleared QbTest technology — a 15–20 minute computerized assessment that objectively measures attention, impulsivity, and activity levels to support accurate ADHD diagnosis. Learn more about QbTest →

Do you think you might have ADHD?

Many people live for years without knowing. This quick self-screen can help you decide whether a formal evaluation might be right for you.

This is not a medical diagnosis. No personal information is collected or stored. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for a formal evaluation.

Medication-Assisted Treatment FAQs

We do not disclose treatment or participation in MAT programs. Federal laws protect personal health information for those seeking treatment, and we welcome anonymous calls to begin a conversation.
MAT is for independent patients capable of caring for themselves day-to-day at various stages of recovery. We see patients monthly for maintenance visits, and can provide referrals if a more intensive level of care is needed.
Allow about an hour. You will provide a urine sample, have vitals taken, and detail your addiction history. Our specialist will determine the best treatment regimen, and you will receive a follow-up from your counselor within a few days.
For the first few weeks, patients visit weekly for dosage monitoring. Once stable, appointments transition to monthly maintenance visits.
No. Buprenorphine (the active ingredient in Suboxone) is a partial opioid agonist — it does not produce a high but prevents withdrawal symptoms and cravings. It is an evidence-based treatment, not a substitution.
It is recommended to be in mild withdrawal (per the COWS scale) before your first dose to avoid precipitated withdrawal. Be honest with your provider about your drug history for a smooth transition.
